Employees
Outstaffing is a method of optimization of resources of the company. The process is that the outstaffing provider employs specialists who actually work for the customer.
The outstaffer takes care of payroll, paying taxes, enforcing Labour law (hiring, firing, etc.). At the same time, the employees do the work directly for the company that is the actual customer.
There is an opinion that employees working under an outstaffing scheme are less protected by the law compared to state employees, but this is not true. Both are equally protected by the Labour Code and receive official salaries, all benefits and bonuses.
There is also a stereotype that outstaffing is only for low-skilled specialists with whom the employer does not want to have problems. However, this opinion is also wrong, because large companies, including those in the IT sphere, also employ technicians, designers, developers and other highly qualified experts in this way.
